5 stars!!!! The 3 man crew never stopped and worked 12 hours moving all of our stuff. They were professional and sure knew how to pack all items into the truck so nothing was damaged or broken. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that is moving!

Below are a few tips on scheduling moving services to help you ensure that the process goes smooth and worry free. How soon after receiving a quote from Allstar Movers should you schedule service: As soon as you have decided on a moving date and you are confident that all of the necessary purchase or lease transactions will be concluded to enable you to occupy your new location is a good time to schedule service. Even though we can normally provide service on short or even same day notice, to insure availability we suggest that you schedule service a minimum of two weeks prior to your move date. When will Allstar notify you that your service is scheduled: Upon scheduling, Allstar Movers customers receive a confirmation document that includes the date of your scheduled service, our written repair / replacement policy and a confirmation number. For guaranteed price quote services it will also include an attachment that lists the inventory of items and the conditions of your service that you provided to us. For hourly services the attachment will include the rates and the conditions that you provided to us. In most instances your confirmation will be emailed to you. If you do not have email we can fax or surface mail your confirmation. Once you receive your confirmation it is important that you send us an acknowledgement that you have received it and reviewed all of the information and attachments. Arrival time of packing and/or moving crews: The day before your schedule service Allstar Movers will contact you to provide a two hour window of arrival. On the day of service the crew will provide a call 30 minutes before they arrive. We believe your time is valuable and we know that there is a lot of preparation prior to moving. Unlike a lot of moving companies we believe that providing a time of arrival is very important to our customers.

Metro Movers did an outstanding job with our move from Scottsdale to Tucson.
Lynette was my first contact to get a quote and she was very fast,
accurate and accommodating. We had a 4 foot by 6 foot oil painting that
needed to be boxed for storage and she said they could do it and did do it.
We had to cancel the first moving date because our house sale fell
through and then the second moving date had to be moved up by a day with only 2
days notice (I spoke to Lynette on Christmas eve to change our move from 12/27
to 12/26) and she was able to make the schedule changes without any extra
Donald and Garett did an outstanding job packing the moving truck, protecting
our furniture, boxing our oil painting and unloading the contents into a
storage locker. Donald and Garett were very professional and fast, they
had all of the necessary equipment to protect and secure our household contents
in their carpet lined truck for the drive to Tucson from Scottsdale.
I would use Allstar Metro Movers again, if the need arises and would definitely
recommend them to everyone.
The movers were friendly, professional, and obviously knew what they were doing. They had a smaller truck to work with but knew how to load our furniture to minimize the number of loads they had to take. No issues whatsoever with damaged furniture, etc. We are extremely happy with the move. It went rather smoothly.

The movers so amazing! They kept within a reasonable time frame, they were professional and respectful of our items. And Lynette who did our scheduling was so nice especially with my regular schedule changes.

Read an article the other day about “All-Star” movers and was reminded of how the movers hired from your company warned me about them. That was about five or more years ago and man were they right! I’ve used your company 3 times now and have always been pleased with the work and the price. Each time I gave the movers an unsolicited tip to show my satisfaction. You may recall my last move, first week of August, when I was making the most stressful house purchase I’ve ever made and hope to never repeat. It was hell!! We had three moving dates and changed from a small trailer to a large one and finally a small one again. You could have added to my stress and made things worse but you didn’t. You remained flexible and accommodating during this extremely stressful time. My crazy seller tried to back out on two closing dates and after a week delay from the second closing date, we moved. I’ve bought and sold a number of houses during my life but this one was a nightmare. As I look back on this ordeal, I remain thankful for you, your company and the good movers provided. You’ve earned my future business and referrals. Thanks again!
