Upon arrival at your residence or office the labor time clock will start.  The crew leader will introduce himself and the crew member(s) to you.  The crew leader will conduct a walk through with you during which time he may ask questions concerning certain items. The walk through is important as the crew leader can ascertain what the loading sequence will be to maximize the moving vehicle space and labor time.  During the walk through please advise the crew leader of any boxes that have fragile items packed in them and any special instructions relative to any of your items. Be sure to tell the crew leader about any items that you do not want moved by the crew.  Next the crew leader will ask you to execute the Moving Service Agreement.  The pricing and logistical information on the Agreement will match the confirmation document that you received via email when you scheduled service with us.  The loading portion of the service will now begin.  If you have scheduled a three or four man crew the lead mover will orchestrate the loading and may spend a good deal of time in the vehicle which will free up time of the other crew members to carry and dolly items.  Once all of the loading is completed the crew leader will conduct a brief walk through to insure that no items have been overlooked.  During the moving process we recommend that any information or concerns that you have be addressed directly with the crew leader.  To help expedite the moving service please read the information that was provided along with your confirmation documentation titled: “Move Day Information – Customer.”  We want your moving experience to go as quickly and as smoothly as possible.  Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact our office.
